Joe has been involved with organizations from ranging from 30 employees to well over 100,000 employees. His work has included coaching new CEO’s to running programs to train 400 mid-level managers. Through strategy sessions, team building retreats, high potential programs, succession planning and executive coaching, Clear Possibilities is uniquely positioned to understand your needs and create a process to achieve the desired results.

Our Team

Joe Judge

Joe has spent his entire adult life working with people. As a young pastor within the Lutheran Church Joe was introduced to Leadership Development through a partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership. That partnership allowed for great training, opportunities to hone his craft through adjunct work at CCL and most of all a passion for helping individuals and organizations remove barriers and achieve their potential. In 2000 Joe joined Staub Leadership Solutions in Greensboro, NC where a year later he was made both partner and president. During those years Joe worked with a large number of executive teams. Joe’s specialty is in helping individuals, teams and organizations successfully align behaviors in order to achieve their stated objectives. With this comes a simple process for identifying the key issue, reviewing opportunities, creating a plan, holding accountability while building and developing teams that excel. Joe’s clients most appreciate his practical approach to helping them make real progress. In 2009 Joe created Clear Possibilities.

Joe and his wife Theresa live in Murrells Inlet, SC. They have three married adult children and five grandchildren.
